Formerly VP–Operations at Centre for Sight Ltd., he now heads Vision Scale Strategic Advisors, guiding eye hospitals toward structured, scalable, and sustainable success.

With over two decades of experience in hospital operations and healthcare strategy, Anurod Singh is widely recognized for transforming eye care delivery, enhancing patient experience, and driving sustainable institutional growth. During his tenure as Vice President – Operations at Centre for Sight Ltd., he managed performance across 18+ centers, launched new facilities, and integrated multiple acquisitions into cohesive, profitable units. His expertise in turnaround management, technology adoption, and data-driven performance improvement consistently elevated patient satisfaction while strengthening organizational outcomes.

Building on this foundation, he established Vision Scale Strategic Advisors, a boutique consulting firm focused on helping eye hospitals achieve structured, scalable, and sustainable growth. Through this platform, he collaborates with hospital leadership to identify operational gaps, streamline systems, enhance workforce performance, and align clinical excellence with strategic direction.
